Type of Film
When the government denies a disabled veteran the care she needs in order to run again, she must travel to Mexico for a double amputation. THE FIGHT TO RUN is about the U.S. government’s refusal to meet the needs of U.S. veterans to improve their quality of life and the health care system’s belief that the preservation of the human body is more important than the benefits of cutting-edge prosthetic science.
